Fantasy Blue

Picture
Well here I go again expanding my horizon's and comfort zones. This here was a huge challenge for me, but I was asked as a way of guiding and mentoring to style a fantasy outfit. At first in utter shock and confusion I started searching for a solution and then it came to me.

As i researched the fantasy look, some key aspects that stuck with me were dramatic fantastical makeup, a full elegant skirt full of playful colors and patterns and a certain simplicity with nature. And it hit me, I had something similar so I dug and dug till I found it.

This playful full skirt almost ball gown is tea length, just enough to show off a fabulous pair of shoes. The bright blue colors add a whimsical feel and the full skirt adds an unreal-ism to the look. Keeping the natured  feel, some floral attachments add a natural look. The loose sleeves add a look of ease, and in my eyes a very fantastical look.

But no look is complete without the right styling. Where else to go for fantastical makeups the Madrid Solo. I had this one already and it just seemed to fit. A blue expressive piece extenuates the face and creates this look of flying freedom in the eyes. Next I went shoe shopping, I wanted a pair of cute and playful booties, so off to Bax I went and I came back with these beautiful blue cut boots with golden trim. Using that gold, I added a simple necklace and bracelet to match. As I further dug into the depths of my inventory I found a beautiful ring from Chop Zuey and earing to match, the Miracle set in blue was the perfect finishing touch.
